In this session, Jason will discuss evidence-based mindfulness interventions and strategies for the purpose of stress mitigation within the workplace as well as life in general. The impact that exposure to chronic stress can have on health and wellbeing is immense, and learning mindfulness-based practices is an excellent way to mitigate this impact. Participants will be able to ask questions and have an open discussion with Jason on the topic throughout the session.

This session will include a short sample mindfulness practice for those who wish to participate. Additionally, Jason will share a list of wellness apps researched and reviewed by experts, resources for formal training for those who wish to deepen personal mindfulness practice, and resources for those who would like to become certified workplace mindfulness facilitators (CWMF) or mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) teachers.
