Becoming a Family-Focused System is a collection of resources designed to help teams assess and augment positive agency culture and climate, identify areas that need attention, and implement strategies to bring about sustainable improvements. Agencies can use these resources to: 1) Assess their current culture and climate; 2) Find strategies for improvement; 3) Engage staff, partners, and stakeholders with podcasts and animated videos; 4) Enhance existing training programs.
