The Father Engagement and Father Involvement Toolkit, available through the California Social Work Education Center, serves as a guide to implementing, monitoring, and sustaining innovative practice in father engagement and father involvement. Fathers are equally and vitally important as other family members in the lives of their children. This toolkit provides steps to guide and foster father engagement and father involvement. Tools include:  Definitional Tools, Engagement and Communication Tools, Assessment and Planning Tools, Training Tools, Evaluation Tools, Policies and Procedures Tools, Fiscal and Funding Tools, and other websites of interest and implementation resources.
