This resource has been formatted in the form of an OVC Project Compliance Checklist (Checklist) including a Compliance Action Planning Template for use to document compliance areas as well as areas where planning to achieve compliance is identified. Please note that this tool is not intended to represent a complete listing of all requirements and conditions of each grantee award. It is recommended that each grantee also complete a comprehensive review of associated federal regulations and award special conditions that is attached to your original grant award package from OVC.
